We did a long distance move. We were told our stuff could be delivered in 2-3 business days once we arrived. When we called for delivery they would not deliver for 18 days!!!! After hours waiting on hold they could deliver in 14 days. They admit they don't have the resources to deliver the service they quote but that ends up being your problem not theirs and they won't do anything about it.
