Aarrons is a great company however at this particular location ( miracle Mile bullhead City) the manager does not value long lasting customer relations. If for some reason you don't have the money on time you might as well be someone brand new . I have paid of 3 agreements under past management at this location and they were always willing to help out ( within reason) in giving me a little more time when needed. She needs to realize that long term customers are her bread and butter. On top of all that she has poor customer service, even if you have to tell someone something they don't want to hear you should still be friendly doing so.
