I have been using their service them for over 2 years now. and I used to like them. However their costs seems to have gone up considerably. On asking why this was, I was told of a different reason every time. It would be "we have to do it by hand", or "the shirt has pockets with flaps", or the style of the shirt is different. On reading some other reviews, it seems like "we have to do it by hand" seems to be a cheap getaway. Similar to the review before this mentions about a button fix, I too had been charged 10$ once for a trouser button. I had told them not to fix the button if it was more than 5$, since the trouser was worth 20$. I had to argue with the owner who finally charged 5$ to fix this. The quality of work is good, however the pricing standards and their customer experience has plummeted big time. I have to find a new place, since I feel cheated every-time I walk out of their shop in the past 6 months.
