We had them come and do our yard once a week and the last week before we are closing on our home they came and did the yard and broke a sprinkler and part of the backyard was flooded. The sprinkler Was laying on the grass, not attached to the ground at all. I didn't bother telling us about it until I called and they sent someone out the next day. Also I called and left a message and ask them to switch it to every other week because we already had an offer on our home that we were going through with and didn't need every week. The owner said he never received the message. So ridiculous!!
