Allen Law Office - Ron Allen

At first it Ron and I had a good conversation about my grandmothers back taxes. When it came time for me to pay, i was doing 500$ down for a case for my grandmother, i wanted to know total balance. I needed to know the total bill because i would likely be makeing any future payments. His secretary, Starla I believe was very rude and made it a point to tell me thanks for nothing, before she hung up on me. I called back wanting to talk w Ron thinking as the business owner he would be a little more professional. All i recieved was a more attitude and i was told by Ron was wasting his time. If im paying for somthing i need all of the info . at minimum no attitude. A special thanks for nothing to Rons secratary. I recomend to stay away from this firm. If potential customers are treated this way I can only imagine after they have got your $.
