They're friendly people. They made sure we got into a clean unit. The one they were originally giving us was dirty and they immediately switched us. My only dislike about it is on the auto pay they don't give you the heads up if something happens with your payment. Say you get a new bank card and forget to call and update it, there's no "Hey, your payment didn't process" kind of heads up. Prices are good though.
