Now regarding the other reviews complaining about billing, I haven't had an issue with the billing and besides, the financial policy clearly explains what you're getting into, so there should be no surprises there. As for your phone calls never being answered, you just have to wait a couple minutes for the automated message to cycle through until it gives you the option to talk to one of the staff members.
