This title company/third party MVD is a joke. They always find an excuse not to register new vehicles. So you end having to head to AZ MVD. They should have their license yanked.

I had to register my car in Arizona and get new plates among other address changes but I work during all the operating hours if the MVD. I was able to go after work and I was the only person there when I walked in so I was immediately serviced. I did have to explain what I was trying to do multiple times which was a little bit annoying. After they sorted it out (turns out the old MVD I went to made a HUGE mistake in transferring the car title into my married name), the process was fairly smooth and I was able to get everything done pretty quickly. There location was also a bit hard to find and was kind of out of the way, but besides that, they saved me a lot of time and hassle for only $10 more per service. I'd pay that any day not to take of work and sit at the MVD all day.
