Never taken back at time of appointment, cannot get a Saturday/evening appointment as advertised. They don't provide courtesy appointment reminders by phone, only text/email. When they screw up and send the reminder text to the wrong phone number/email, they still charge for missed appointments, Very rude and unfriendly office staff.
