My contractor used this company over 10 years ago to install our sound system. The system has been very good. I have no complaints. The reason I would not use this company again is due to its unreliability in meeting appointments. I made an appointment well in advance & waited for 4 hours for the technician to arrive. He did not arrive, nor did he call. I placed at least two more phone calls to try to set up an appointment & never received a return call. It is amazing to me that this company is still in business! I would never use it again & would certainly not recommend it.

Highly recommended! We are so happy that we found this company. I am not sure why others have had issues, but we did not. The owner was very upfront and honest with us from day one and helped us design a great system at no additional cost. Te install went great and we are enjoying our new system nearly every day. My husband LOVES the GoldenEar Speakers we purchased.
