I would not recommend. We had a crack in the windshield and called our insurance company, which set up the service with auto glass fitters. They did give us a window of 8-10 am and they did show up on time. That was about all I can say positive though. Frank, the installer wasn't particularly friendly, but he wasn't rude, just kind of rough. He got the job done and told me not to take the car through a car wash for 48 hours. I was thinking that'd be ok because we generally keep our car clean.
Well, once he left and I went to go pull the car into the garage I noticed that he tracked MUD on both sides of the car, all over the front floorboards and the door frame. He also left little (rubber?) pieces all over the dash.
Basically, he was very sloppy, made a huge mess, and didn't clean up after himself.
We have had Safe-lite come out several times in the past and they were always super friendly and clean. They even washed ALL of the windows just as a courtesy service. I'd go back to using them in the future.
