This is my first time renting any kind of apartment so my expectations weren't too high. My one bedroom apartment is 730 plus utilities and fees which comes out to 850. You would think you would have a positive experience living here to pay that much right? But my expectations to live here were not met and still aren't. Upon arriving, I checked out the one bedroom and found chunks of wood missing out off cabinets and at the base boards. Not to mention, the cabinets are not on track as well. The carpet is not even placed down correctly and the paint on the wall is terrible and chips easily. I told the office before moving in and they told me they would check it out. They came back and said there was nothing wrong with the apartment at all. Since I've lived here, the water has been shut off like four times and I had to go to my mothers just to take a hot shower. Also, if you choose to live here, be ready for bugs. A scorpion came out of my stove and I have seen roaches and lizards in my apartment ever since. Ive been here since February and I want to move out already. The fitness room is run down as well as the equipment. I hope they fix these problems and also get a bigger recycle bin. It is my pet peeve to see recyclables thrown in the garbage by staff because the recycle bin is too full.

After living here for 5 months I absolutely cant wait till my lease is up, front office is always right & your wrong no matter what. My bill each month for water is between 41-45$ for a 1bed/1bath, Every window I have in my apt is so thin you can hear ANYONE who walks by or farts to loud. The ac runs constantly because of poor insulation/thin windows/cracks in door frames and a 1990 air conditioning unit thats about knee high and sucks in everything from outside. Maintenance crew is top notch, always fixing it the 1st time and being discrete with their job while being in a tenants home. I could keep going but it wont change whats going to continue to happen/whats already happend, just a warning when my lease is up im out. Reading others reviews I know now I need to let them know 60 days (2 months) in advance im going to be leaving so I dont get charged again for rent late. Thanks Bill Shepard
