AZ-Tech Radiology

Called 2 weeks ago to get a copy of my films and report they sent to doctor. I have to sign a release. For them to put it in the mail. Signed and sent back form. Called them Thur. They stated they never received it. They stated they would put it in the mail. I never received it , now I'm waiting in them to open. They led me to believe 7a , but that's not right. And I can't find there hr any where. I had to cnx a client to come to there office
