BettyAnne Coyne - State Farm Insurance Agent

The worst insurance agent I have ever met. We have had multiple polices both personal and business and there have been too many screw ups to count. They will verbally tell you one thing and then, after refusing to give you what they say, they tell you they sent an email with fine print ( which we never received ) they also forgot to set up a workers comp policy. FORGOT! Needless to say they had no answers as to why is was not created when I was told it was. Please don't waste your time energy or money insuring through these people

Love this insurance agency. We had a great experience, walked out giving them all our insurance business, and they had great service to boot. We will definitely be recommending this agency to our friends.
