DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I only gave them a 5 star review because I want you guys to see this. They have the WORST customer service ever,
1. I was a loyal customer to Big Jimmys for over two years and I always ordered the same thing from them
2.When speaking to them on the phone they have no manners, they talk to you as though you’ve irritated them just by calling
3. I ordered the same pizza I always do and when it got to me it was compleeetely wrong
4. When I called them and told them what the problem was the lady told me the driver will come back once she’s done with her other deliveries and we can trade the pizza they gave me with my original order and that should solve it, when I asked to speak to the manager she argued with me and when I finally got to speak to the manager/OWNER OF THE COMPANY, the owner said he would send a new one except this one a large, I agreed and waited yet another HOUR for the pizza and when it arrived it was WRONG again.
5. When I called back to let them know the pizza was made incorrectly again the owner of the company said “you can either take it as it is and have 2 pizzas and call it even or I don’t know what to tell you because I’m not sending out another pizza wasting pizza” as if I did something wrong and just giving them a hard time. I will no longer be ordering from them anymore since they don’t believe in correcting their mistakes and having good customer service. They just lost out on a loyal customer! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
