I have been a patient for more than two years. I have only seen the doctor a few times.Why? Becasue you cannot get an appointment. The office staff is horrible. I called for a referral and waited more than 4 weeks for a call back and then they never actually did the referral. Called again three weeks ago and STILL have not heard anything back. Today I tried to get an appointment for something urgent and was told she could not see me until the middle of next week. Urgent care has become my PCP. I think Dr Lipschitz is probalby a good doctor...IF you can ever get in to see her.
But the office staff...absolutley horrible. So now I had to go to urgent care, yet again, for a swoolen foot and pain. Urgent care sent me to ER because they felt it might be a blood clot and I needed an ultrasound. No one could believe with my symptoms that any doctor's office would refuse an appointment immediately...thing is the office of Dr Lipschitz just does not care.
