Agent filed a claim on policy that I had with them without making an reasonable attempt to contact me to let me know, despite still have a current email addrss. I found out 2 years later. Even the signature on the check to the bank was clearly written in a woman's handwriting.I am a man. Affected my CLUE report for years. It was only slightly above the deductible and I never got the chance to see why a claim was even made.
