These people are extremely skilled, incredibly accommodating, and very professional. Not to mention affordable. First, they replaced a broken zipper on a winter coat for me, and they were willing to use the zipper I bought when I tried to do the fix myself to keep the already reasonable cost down. Zipper looks and functions perfectly. Second, they did a last-minute rush hem for me. Bought a pair of un-hemmed Theory dress slacks and needed them for a conference presentation the next day. Two women stayed late just to make sure I was ready to go. The hem looks sharp and professional. I was incredibly grateful. Highly recommended for repairs, alterations, and custom seamstress work.
