I had a space for two years and while it started OK the service deteriorated to a terrible level more recently. Last summer with the heavy rain, water came into my unit and ruined a couple of items and I was told that I couldn't receive compensation for the loss even though I was paying a monthly insurance premium. Then there were some problems with the automated billing and, with no warning, I received a notice that I had to pay a late fee and my entry privileges were suspended. I had to leave work and go to them and write a check so I could access it over the weekend. When I showed up on the weekend my access code wouldn't work because they hadn't entered the update properly and I had to wait an extra hour . I couldn't wait to get the heck out of there and this was the first time I'm ever had such a bad experience with small storage.
