Dutch Bros

We wanted to try the new Dutch bros location Saturday afternoon, I've been coming to Dutch bros for years and I've always had great service. I thought their drive-through set up was an excellent idea but boy was I wrong! we waited over 40 minutes for our drinks and when we got to the window all of the employees were acting casual, nonchalant having conversation about their Friday night. They didn't even apologize for the wait, given we had ordered them a half hour ago, they had no idea that there were over 45 people in line waiting for their drinks and there were probably only 5 employees making drinks while the others just stood around !!! After expressing to them how we felt about the wait time and what we thought about them just standing around talking, the young brunette girl at the window had the audacity to tell us "bye! Have a nice day !! " in a condescending tone. I politely replied with a sincere thank you, we'll never come back again!! Not worth the wait for a freaking iced coffee !
