The most unresponsive dealership I have ever dealt with. Bought a car from them and was told the vehicle was "satellite ready," meaning the all I had to do was call the company activate the radio. It was not "satellite ready." When I returned to the dealership the next day to identify the problem, the service manager, Manny, argued with me that the salesman told me the vehicle was "satellite capable." Over the next three months, it took numerous discussions for them finally to install a satellite receiver to make the radio "ready."

Findlay's Service Department has turned it around for me. Dave in Servicing has totally changed my opinion about Tim's Toyota. Although I may not buy a car from this dealership, their service department is now top-notch in my book. I am happy to take my business there. 5 stars for the service department, 4 stars overall because of my poor experience purchasing a car from them previously. Dave and Jason are outstanding customer service oriented representatives. Both always go out of their way to make sure I am taken care of and all my questions answered.
