They experience started out positive. I put a deposit down and went two weeks later for installation. The are not friendly, did not keep me informed and when I step out and asked I was ignored. Also, with two weeks of conversations, they failed to let me know they charge a surcharge of 3% to use a credit card. Really...nice surprise. When I questioned it the co-owner literally ignored me, pretending I never asked the question. Use them if you like being ignored and disrespected. I should have known that the would be no quality here by the way they keep the showroom/ waiting room...it looked like a place to throw things and leave them there forever.
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Service level = 0, knowledge = 0 and friendliness and Customer Service = non-existent.
