This place is a joke I called ahead and they said that I could be seen right away obviously that was a lie New Management my ass. I will probably not come back I will take my money elsewhere. Shouldn't matter what day of the week it is Friday Saturday Monday Tuesday whatever shouldn't matter you should still have good customer service and you shouldn't tell your customers that you will see them in a timely matter when that is obviously a lie. Such a typical nail shop. PS. In case the business wants to contact me to make it better there is no making it better. This is what happened last time under the "old management" I will call they would tell me they would take me and then I come and they either don't take me or they take forever to take me. Bulshit. So I'm just done with this shop also I know that it was Christmas weekend but still it should not matter if you are that busy then just say you're too busy to take me or tell me the wait time is about an hour. Granted chances are I will not come in but at least then you are being honest.
