Hyatt Place Tempe/Phoenix Airport

Rude front desk lady. It was my first time going to Phoenix and I ask how far was the convention center and she said quiet a drive. I ask about their shuttle. She told me what transportation to take but impatiently. When I ask another question she said just ask the front desk person in the morning because she doesn't know. Then when I checked out, I wanted to purchase water and I asked the front desk guy if I needed to go to the cafe area or purchase from him and he said "well either way because even if you go to the cafe side I'm the one doing your transaction." There's no hospitality manners from any of the front desk I spoke to. The room is very crowded and dirty with mold on the curtain and the bathroom is VERY small. Such a waste of $. Thankgoodness we only atayed 1 night here. Never again!
