Very poor poor customer service, the Service Manager (Jeff Lovato) does not know the meaning of customer service (one bit). I received my vehicle back with a noise, in the area where my repairs were done. Instead of taking the time to get me back in, he want's to contact my insurance (I guess so he can charge them more). This gentleman has no concern if my vehicle can get more damage, or worse something can come apart. This gives his company a very large black eye, I have to drive around with this rattle/clunk noise because he does not want to take the time to have someone from his department check my vehicle over (terrible service).
Great Customer Service. Staff is friendly and helpful. Was looking at getting a used car and my Salesman Dee, got me into a brand new 2017 Escape! Affordable payments and a car that exceeds my expectations for being a first time buyer!
