Horrible! I would have chosen a 'no star' selection on this review but google wouldn't let me... We had a Truly Horrible experience which has resulted in filing an appeal - and that can take another 18 months to year to fix. The list of incompetencies is vast: no preparation to take the witness stand, star witness was not subpoenaed in time for trial, unable to contact Dan the week before trial b/c he was out of town and unavailable even by phone, he did not know his facts in order to challenge the lies of the mother during cross examination... at the end, he asked when was their next hearing on the matter ??!! Everyone in the court was baffled. It was over and we lost and it was because he didn't do his job.
The children are the ones who've really lost. They are heartbroken.
After the trial, Dan admitted he gave 'ineffective counsel'. Then, he gave us the wrong deadlines and procedures for filing an appeal. I don't really know what is the truth behind such poor counsel, but this man did not do his job.
If I lived close enough to his office, I would stand on street with a sign saying DO NOT HIRE.
