Took in an alternator with an external voltage regulator and the service professional knew exactly what i was talking about and was very helpful and informative. felt like i owed them something as the alternator test was free i wanted to wright a review on how they helped me without belittling my lack of knowledge on the subject. i would highly recommend them to anyone having any starter or alternator issues, as thats there specialty. thanks again M&J
