As a snowbird, I was staying in a Yuma RV park for a couple of months. One morning disaster struck when I attempted to turn on my iMAC. It had crashed !!! As I dialed The Mac Labs phone number, I didn’t yet know it, but I was about to find my technological oasis in the middle of my desert. In a short time, Mike had diagnosed the problem, recommended solution alternatives, retrieved data and set up a new iMAC with my software and data. What a refreshing stop at The Mac Labs oasis! Though I live 1,200 miles away, I will use Mike as my IT professional whenever I have such a need and it is possible to do so long distance.
