If I could give no stars, I would. I went in 2 days ago to have a title put in my name as well as pay for the registration on the vehicle. Before I went in I had looked on the azdot website to make sure the company was legit. As soon as I saw their name associated with the state I went to the companies website. I looked around to see what I needed to bring in as well as see if there was a fee for using them instead of going to the DMV. NOWHERE on their website does it say they charge a "convenience fee". I went in and had the title printed as well as registering the vehicle for a year with a total of $73. I then asked if there was a fee for using them which she stated was $40!!! Had I known I was going to pay more than the total for a year of registration or even been aware of the "convenience fee" I would have gone to the DMV. I didn't use them for the convenience I used them because according to their website it simply states they do what the DMV does. I called to let them know their website states no such fees exist and had I known such a fee existed BEFORE I was helped, I would have turned and walked out. I was called today and informed that there indeed was NO information on their website stating they charge a "convenience fee" but they also can't refund me the $40. At this point it's not about the money but feeling like I was scammed! I will be sure to let everyone know exactly what happened and that the company provides no information on their website about being charged an outrageous fee
