Nationwide Vision

I have been going to Nationwide Vision in Chandler for 6 years. I have been fine with seeing a different Dr. every time I go. Normally the staff has been same. But this last time WOW unbelievable. Messed up my insurance information. Over charged me a lot. No problem if they could fix it. Questioned the mistake at the time of visit. Assured me its right and if not they would fix it. Its been 2 weeks now. I have called several times, again assured me they would fix it and call me back. (some times promised to call back the same day). No returned phone calls. This is the service I am getting from the office manager. Can't return phone calls!!! I have contacts on order and they can't call me to pick up. So once again called office spoke with office manager sorry don't know why the contact aren't here yet will look into and get back to you. Sure you will. Guess what? I will no longer be returning.
