We LOVE this place! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We had a family emergency and had to leave our basset hound. They were able to get us in quick and were VERY accommodating. We were greeted by friendly staff, who explained the whole process and let us tour the facilities, which was important because this is our first dog and first time boarding him, it made us feel really at peace leaving our baby. We even got to go in the area he would be sleeping set him up and say our goodbyes, also important to new pet parents and first timers. All of that was great! THEN WE PICKED HIM UP! The staff was also super friendly, let us know about his daily habits and the quirky things he did while playing with the other dogs, things I know you can only know about our dog if you play with him, which made me feel happy that she got to know him personally. But that’s not all folks. Once we got our baby in the car I noticed his trimmed nails and shiny coat! They returned him to us better than we left them, and as a pet parent, I think that’s pretty darn excellent. We couldn’t ask for more. Thank you! - the Younger’s and Oakley our playful basset.
