Quality Inn Airport

This is by far the WORST hotel experience i've ever had. The hotel is old and dirty. The staff at front desk is very rude and unhelpful. My reservation was booked online, and i was not aware that were going to put me in a smoking room. First off, what hotels still have smoking rooms? When i asked the front desk to move me to a non smoking room, they refused because they said I booked on line. Needless to say the room was DISGUSTING! The sticky bathroom floor and dingy carpeting added to my disgust. also, my reservation said the room had 2 queen sized beds. They were not. They were "full" size beds. Everything in that room smelled like cigarette smoke, including the towels. The air condioner was so old and loud, and barely worked enough to mildly cool off the room. The smell was so bad, I woke up with a headache. My reservation was for 2 nights, but I couldn't take it. I couldn't sleep there another night. I packed my belongings and left. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS DUMP!
