Service has gone down hill in the last few years. All they are interested in is selling custom insoles and their vip membership. I already have insoles and and a membership. And I know exactly what shoes I want and what size before I even walk through the door. Then after you pick out your items to buy there is never anyone at the register to check you out. After waiting 5 minutes I walked out empty handed.
