They wasted 45 minutes of my day. They failed to properly record my appointment and I got told that it would be a two hour wait to get serviced. It took them 20 minutes to come to the desk to tell me this. It's a shame, because I've used Sears Automotive in California for ten years. I guess I will have to find a new place in Flagstaff.
