Most of the staff are grumpy all the time if you live here. Instead ‘hi how are you’ it’s ‘ huuuuuuh? ‘ many times they’ll go back into office as soon as you walk in! If you live here. Long waits Super High Prices. Inefficiency. Chevron does better business & is professional. Chevron saves time & $ on gas & food. Helpful like shell used to be & much more efficient, genuine, courteous ALWAYS to everyone. If you had good service at Shell that’s because they’re glad you’re leaving soon. Too bad. Used to be like a community center & was worth paying more. That’s the Truth! But Brad is always great. Thx Brad!

I was riding up from Phoenix and got caught in a Snow Storm today. They let me stay as long as I wanted and were super friendly. They helped recommend a local hotel too minimise my time in the snow.
