Spectrum

Talking on the phone was good. Installation was fast and courteous and very neatly done. HOWEVER, I was told I could add channels to receive Canadian NHL hockey teams which is untrue! NHL Centre Ice is $ 155 and does not guarantee Canadian teams. When I called to complain the supervisor was supposed to review the recording of my initial phone conversation and call me back. I'm still waiting for that all. I called in again and was told the supervisor reviewed the call with the rep that handled it and there is nothing more they can do for me. I get a lot of channels but they all show the same programs which is really frustrating . I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SPECTRUM!!!
