I really don’t recommend this place all they do is lie about them checking the house poor clean up, poor service, they never pay deposit on time always always always late on everything they never do things right. We always have issues with this place.

I just moved to yuma and I had no idea where to go to or how to get a house thankfully tlc was there for me and did everything they could to get me the best house with the best deal. I can't thank them enough n i recommend this company to anyone looking to rent a house. Overall great experience
