Uncle Bear's Grill & Tap

Great service. But had to leave without ever getting food. Waited 50 minutes after we ordered. And all we were told was sorry. Watched 7 other groups of people come and they were served and left. We never got our food and left very dissatisfied. We ordered 2 burgers, 2 max and cheese. And one pizza. Was never given an explanation. Just a sorry.

Kitchen was slow but they had just been slammed with around 40 people in one group. I'm sure this does not happen too often. They did buy our drinks however (alcoholic). Waitresses were very nice & pleasant and the beef fajitas were so good! Really liked the salsa! Also like the atmosphere!
