These guys resurfaced the street i live on. They came and just powered new asphalp over bumpy cracked old asphalt. Dint even pass the steam roller to smooth out the surface. Now my street is bumpier than ever. Common new surface on a bad old suface what you think is gonna happen? Dont tale an engineer to figuere that one out. Should of left it alone or done it right
