Worst Walgreens ever especially in the pharmacy department. I had the absolute worst experience in the pharmacy department at the Walgreens on Coachline. I have a very severe condition of fibromyalgia. I have been working closely with one of the top medical doctors in the state of Arizona. Of course working with narcotics can be sensitive just because the nature of the drug. A young blonde pharmacist was very rude, judgmental and incredibly insensitive to my situation. She refused to fill a valid prescription for no good reason at all. She has denied me multiple times with a valid prescription. My doctor knows all of my medicines and refill dates. I went to The pharmacy at Walmart and they refilled it, no problem and without any questions. I felt very personally victimized by this pharmacist. She will literally smile at you while being completely disrespectful and saying unnecessary low blows. The main manager invaded my privacy by going through my purse to see if I had actually stolen anything and actually had the audacity to ask me if those cosmetic products were mine while I was conveniently shopping.
The Walgreens on Coachline rd. In Tucson is the best Walgreens store I've ever been to . Their staff is always professional and helpful. Prior to moving back to Tucson my special needs son was here. I called the store to see if they would help him. They said sure and went above and beyond to make sure he had everything he needed. I can't thank them enough awesome staff. When I went in to thank them Harmony an employee made sure the employee's knew how much I appreciated them. Thanks again, Mike
