Got a replacement battery after 2 years and 2 months of having bought the battery. I did have to make two trips to the store for them to take me seriously. I believe there is an issue with WalMart's battery testers as they show the battery was fine even though AutoZone tested the same battery and told me it was bad and needed replacement. I knew the battery needed replacement after owning my truck for 8 years and hearing the whining from the engine when it starts in the morning. I did get some push back from employees telling me that it could be a problem with my alternator and charging system but when I got home with the new battery I installed it, turned the car on, and then disconnected both leads from the battery and the car stayed turned on. With the car still turned on and no connection to the battery I measured the voltage at the car battery terminals and they showed 14V; I can satisfactorily say my charging system is in perfect condition. I'm glad I have a new battery and with luck it will last me 2 years.
