Wendy's

I have to say I've been in before and it wasn't a great experience. However ,my service today was awesome. There Cashier was very friendly and she read our order back to us. The food was hot and made fast. I'm going back soon. I really do like there nuggets and salads.

walk in and the place smelled really bad. Burnt grease... Decided to stay because never had a bad experience at Wendy's. cashier was great she was training a new person and was very patient and understanding and read our ordered back to us. however when the food came out of the kitchen nothing was right the burgers were all messed up bad ingredients we asked not to have. fries were ice cold and tasted like burnt grease.... the front manager and the cashier we're both very understanding and helpful. however when they brought the main manager from the back she was extremely rude, confrontational and disrespectful to her employees in front of the whole dining room the cashier did not mess up the kitchen did! when we asked for our money back she got even nastier... Will NEVER go there again! we didn't even take one bite of our sandwiches that's how nasty it was.
