I'll post the same review I posted elsewhere ... Earlier this year I started a project to replace my old A/C unit with a new unit. The old one worked, but it was noisy and used the old R-22 coolant. I called around and scheduled three bids. Williamson's was *by far* the most professional in all aspects of the pre-sale process. The proposal was clear, concise, and with everything explained. The bottom line number turned out to be *exactly* what I paid. No hidden charges. No clever tricks. Just rock-solid professional business dealing. The installation was performed by Josh and Randall, who were just outstanding. They took two days -- they did NOT rush the job; they did it right -- and the the quality of their work can be seen in the big things and the small. No detail went overlooked. After the installation the owner (Robbie) came by to inspect the installation and make sure everything was done right. I am cautious by nature, and I can sense where integrity exists ... and in Williamson's it does. I *highly* recommend Williamson's for your HVAC needs. Enthusiastic endorsement. 7/27/2017 -- UPDATE: slight glitch required a service call. Called Saturday morning and was back in service that day. Follow-up today provided adjustments to make sure everything runs smooth going forward. Walter (service technician) was prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. Positive reinforcement of my decision to have Williamson's replace my system in February.
