Buyer/customer beware! Purchased a welding helmet in Oct. did not realize he wasn't a welding products supplier. First time of use the helmet sensors would not work reliably.I contacted them, they said it was not their problem it was manufacturer's. OK, I contacted them they said , "we do not offer warranty support to end users it must go through seller." Decal Shoppe said they couldn't do any warranties it would have to go through who they bought it from????? They gave me the information for square2box, the company they bought it from. I contacted them and their question was, "did you buy it from us?", and that was the end of that. I have explained all of this over 2-3 months. I have just asked for credit, a replacement helmet, (this one is not safe to use as you get arc flashes all the time). At this point they will not do anything. We have/had 100% ratings on Ebay, Angies List, etc. etc. during 31 years in business. This is all documented and is being turned over to the Better Business Bureau.
