So today I went to Native in Maricopa for lunch. Seen a SGT from the Maricopa Police Department. I was fortunate to chat with her but only briefly. When I finished, I went outside and seen the P.Ds K9 truck. Here is where I met IKEs handler (didn't get to meet IKE). But chatting to this gentleman was nice. Not being a native to Arizona (who is), you tend to be reluctant on talking to anyone ESPECIALLY cops. Everyone in Arizona seems to be "different" (in a very negative way). Long story short I roll my window down and enjoyed a 10min conversation with IKE's handler. Terrific officer. As I've been a resident to the city for 2years, I've seen how well the PD carries themselves. I've met Pinal Deputies who are COMPLETE IDIOTS. (I hope they read this.) To the Officers of the City of Maricopa Police Department. Keep up the extremely proactive work.
