Octopus Car Wash

HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! I paid for their "loyalty" program on Nov. 1st. and on Nov. 22nd I went to get a wash and they refused to honor my payment. They said I needed to renew. They insisted that I was trying to sneak another vehicle in for a wash under this plan and made me feel like a criminal...both the head guy and the girl at the counter. I was humiliated in front of numerous customers while attempting to tell them that the mistake was on their end and someone that works for THEM made an error on my account. Beware if you think you will actually get a month's washes by purchasing this "loyalty" plan. NEVER GOING BACK TO THEM AGAIN!!!! LOYALTY?!!!! HOW ABOUT LOYALTY TO YOUR CUSTOMERS?

Wash job Oct 21 2019 around 4pm: Windshield not touched. Side mirrors not touched. Next time, I will go elsewhere.
